1-ALL CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS DON'T ACCEPT RETURN FOR CUSTOMERS REASON.

2-The TPU products limited warranty is 2 years，the PVC products limited warranty is 3 years, from the date of the original purchase of the products。

3-This limited warranty covers the quality and process issues sold by Frontier (including degumming and leaking, etc.)

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, improper packaging or other natural acts.

4-The remedies we can provide :

A:Repair any defective or defective parts for free to return the product to normal operation. And bear the freight to re-ship the product to the customer.

B:For small problems cased during use, we recommend that customer use the repair kit included in the shipping. We can offer the technical support.

C:If there is irreparable damage after the customer use , the product should be cleaned, dried, and sent back. We can offer free repair, the customers take on the product round trip shipping.

ATTENTIONS ON WARRANTY POLICY:

1-Free repairs are only applicable to repairs for damaged parts, do not include costs if customers changed designs etc..

2-The warranty only overs only the original purchaser of this product, not transferable to subsequent purchasers of this product.

But we can also assist the subsequent purchasers with paid repairs.
